The CCK Noni Factory for processing dried sliced noni fruit and noni fruit powder is located at Vaigaga adjacent to CCK Head Office.  Floor space is approximately 3000 sq. ft.  This factory is equipped with six small mills, cooling beds, quality control systems and packing facilities.  Production capacity is approximately 3 tonnes of fruit powder per week.  Adjacent to the factory are five solar drying sheds where fruit receives final drying and hand sorting and is stored prior to processing.

The CCK Noni Fruit Juice Factory is located in the centre of Apia with floor space of 4000 sq. ft.  It is well equipped with fruit washing equipment, dry beds, fruit juice extraction presses, filters and pasteurizing unit.  Production capacity is approximately 25,000 litres of juice per batch.  Product is exported to several countries and also sold on the local market.
